Pros

Young and fun environment, made a lot of friends, company hosts a lot of fun events, a ton of room to grow and they (managers and co workers) really care about teaching you and training you and there to help you grow in every way. Gained great experience, confidence and great relationships with co workers and managers. Nice building.

Cons

Work became very boring. What you are selling initially is boring and very repetitive. A lot of moving around (physically changing desks and areas) even teams being switched up). VERY high turnover in some departments especially mine.

Culture is incredible, was able to work with a lot of great companies too

Pros

Great product, good people, and have a huge market share and reputation as biggest player in market.

Cons

Massive changes coming with new leadership and activist investors have them hemorrhaging talent. Benefits are also fairly antiquated.
