Less opportunity for IJP. Managers needs to encourage more for much better work. Yearly hike can be much much better. Till now the organisation is not yet stable as it does do layoff the senior job roles, hence, they would need to expand the business more to manage their cost management. Need to introduce the on going technology for work purpose. Process SOP's are not at all clear, as it keeps changing on daily basis. Proper ITIL framework is not being followed up. Inspite of putting in suggestions for upliftment of work, your manager or supervisor will suppress your advice and won't take it forward.
