Variety of activities/issues, never a dull day. Opportunities to learn different functionalities with both software and hardware, and to interface with various groups (production, development, electrical/mechanical engineers, and product/project managers
Cons
Profits mostly dependent on government controlled transit customers, hence delays from customers affect bottom line. There is also lack of standard/consistent methodology in the development and testing cycles.
