      Pros

      Interesting work, decent pay and benefits, good people.

      Cons

      No bonuses in recent years. SPX may be doing well as our parent company, but Genfare isn't. Laid off a lot of very experienced people recently, and replaced them with teams of youngsters right out of college.

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
