Pros
Pleasant Coworkers Very flexible work hours They are very lenient and will give you tons of second chances, (this is also a con because then bad employees are able to remain at the company longer) Good starter job, place to earn experience, to then move to a different company.
Cons
Negative company atmosphere A lot of employees don't want to work/improve Poor communication by management Lack of direction from management, always changing direction/plan/strategy Very high turnover rate Lot of time wasting meetings Does not promote from within often Management does not listen to employees.
