      Pros

      A number of co-workers are actually nice people who do their jobs well.

      Cons

      Lack of consistently from upper management in regards to hiring and increasing production numbers. Favoritism as evidence with their hiring Limited growth opportunities. Distrust of the manager I worked under. Not a great company to work for if you are a POC.

      Good people and a very responsive leadership team. Diverse businesses under the overall name and tons of growth potential.

      Cons

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
