All of the OT you could ever hope and dream about because senior management hires department supervisors that couldn’t find their butt with two hands a map and a flashlight!!! The lack of care and respect for the process and personnel responsible for completing the duties assigned are by far undervalued and neglected. With the proper insight and working knowledge of the assigned duties and processes as well as learning the workforce and who works with who as an effective team you could have the department running like a Swiss watch but without taking the time to understand and appreciate what goes into the core and coil assembly of a three phase electrical transformer.
