      + good people + good products and company stands behind them + not too big, not too small of a company + long term employees in several areas

      Cons

      - Business and office culture still in process of updating to more modern policies (progress being made) - heating season drives everything from product launch dates, tech service call volume, to cold weather dependency needed for making revenue - long term employees need to be compensated based on market value as well as additional value of historical knowledge and operational efficiency
