3yAs we look at all the things happening at SPX, from developing new ideas and products, to working to continuously improve and make things more efficient, to investing in diversity and inclusion and learning and development programs, we are excited about the future. In the past several years, we have continued to make strides in several areas of employee engagement and development, including: enhanced time off benefits, including caregiver, parental, and volunteer leave, competitive and flexible benefit offerings, community and employee engagement opportunities, leadership training from front line supervisors to executives, our SPX Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador Network made up of representatives from all functions and businesses, and companywide diversity and inclusion training programs on creating an inclusive environment and understanding unconscious bias. At the foundation of all these things are our core values and our understanding that we all have our own perspective and it is important to listen and respect each other.
