      Pros

      Large company with good cafeteria, if you work in the headquarters.

      Cons

      Managers are incompetent and the IT department is embroiled in partisan issues of funding and growth direction. A myriad of disparate ERP's and an inability to compromise has left the business unit fractured and its progress quagmired. Heavy reliance on Microsoft Excel for data storing and manipulation.

      Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
