They lied about the 100% of the job description that they hired me for. They hired me to be a hands on technical team lead. When I arrived at the job site, they didn't have a team for me to lead. They stuck me on a routine task for nearly my entire tenure rather than providing me the opportunity to work with new cutting edge technologies as promised in my interview. The person I interviewed with was there, but not in the role of project manager that he expected to be in, so that left me working for a person whom I would never have choosen to work for. The program manager came to the job site once in 6 months. Once for a client meeting, once to fire the project manager.
