Pros
The benefits package is very competitive. The 401K matching is above average, as is the tuition reimbursement. There is also an onsight nurse (very rare) and wellness program. There are frequent newsletters to keep you informed of major news and highlights of the company. This is good for un contractors who work at a customer site.
Cons
Since going public (on the stock market) and the retirement of Dr. Volgenau, the company appears to be losing its sense of family. Also, the trend seems to be to buy new companies and hire in new leaders, instead of nurturing its young talent and developing the leaders of tomorrow.
