      Pros

      One of the very best companies to join in the Valley. Great pay and benefits and a focus on employee health and wellbeing.

      Cons

      Need to consider how to expand remote/hybrid work for the long term, not just during the pandemic. Need to work with SRP Board to diversify their elected officials - they do not reflect the community they serve.

      Pros

      SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

      Cons

      The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
