Benefits Pay 4x10s schedule That’s About It

Cons

Upper management and HR are rude Trainers are amazing but when you hit the floor it’s not as described . Rude people especially supervisors who complained all day. No diversity They say everyone is respectful and friendly like “family “ however management talk about each other and tell personal details about other employees. Laughed about another employee going for a higher up position with her managers . Isn’t the goal to advance your career ? Hard to move up in company they don’t care about you will lie and if they don’t like you and do anything to get rid of you they don’t need a reason. Not welcoming at all. Blatant unequal treatment .

Pros

SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

Cons

The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
