Pros
The caliber of the employees here is what makes the company stand out. Management has done a good job at hiring people who are competent, smart, and most importantly team players. There seems to be a sense of togetherness at the company, where people don't shy away from helping each other even if it means more on their plate. Management wants you to do well, and promotes employees internally when possible. The leadership team here, especially the CEO, has a charismatic drive and belief in the employees that makes the individual teams want to perform. Even though the company is a financial institution that clearly has an impactful role in M&A, leadership has done a good job at putting the people first, not just profits. This is clearly a difficult line to draw, especially in finance. This is definitely not a company for people looking to slack and blend in with the numbers. That being said, if you are someone who likes to work with a drive to succeed in any given role, this is the place for you and you will be rewarded.
Cons
Could be more communication between teams. Networking and with different teams is not often done. This would give employees a better grasp on the company's operations and the industry overall, as well as readying them for future promotions.
