Business Outlook

Pros

- Exceptional teammates, good culture across the board - Technology and Architecture heading in the right direction - Plenty of work to go around, interesting problems to solve ( no boredom ) - All roles on the team are encouraged to promote change/efficiency/innovation - and peers have an open mind to listen

Cons

- Hard to find engineering resources to fill the spots on various teams - Some legacy systems that aren't optimized, but they are headed in the right direction - Additional org structure improvements needed - this is not true for every department but there are some that are too flat and may lead to frustration/employee exits especially for star performers that need to feel progress that keeps pace with their level of effort/contribution/dedication
