Failing company - Associate SRS Acquiom Employee Review

To the Former SRSA Team Member - At SRSA we are currently putting together and implementing programs to support our managers and develop true leadership understandings and expectations. We are working hard to help all of us understand that we are a team working together. I do think that we are succeeding more than not so while this post and your experience is disappointing to read, we are still open to and want to receive all feedback whether it is considered positive or negative . We are also taking proactive action such as doing quarterly surveys to learn more from all team members on what areas we should concentrate on in order to help us continually build a great workplace.
