Pros

The CEO of this company is someone you can walk up to and have a conversation with, which is unlike anywhere else I've been in my career. He has a great vision that has a track record of strong growth year after year - COVID wasn't big enough to change that. Recently the culture has taken a turn in a really positive direction with some new leadership and team members coming on board. In the past the HR team was one sore spot for me and they let me down on multiple occasions. The new head of that team is just a burst of positive energy and all of that has changed. You can tell he is ACTUALLY in it for the people and that goodwill is infectious and lifts up the people around him. There are great people here. I've worked in fortune 500 companies and startups alike, but so far this is hands down the best combination of team culture and abundant opportunities for me to level up my career.

Cons

Not to say everything is easy as pie here, delivering day in and day out is the expectation and there's really not a lot of room for slacking off. The work load tends to be pretty "brisk" so it depends on what you're looking for I guess.

Thank you for the kind words and feedback. I agree that Paul is an easy CEO to walk up to and talk with - and, he enjoys having that happen. Your feedback for HR makes my day. We truly are working at making SRSA a place where all Team Members know they are valued and contribute to the company's success. It is great to read we are succeeding - and more to do :) Dennis Stoltenberg, Managing Director HR
