3yThis posting is very disappointing to read. We have been focused on making working here a positive experience for team members and have made some great accomplishments.
Two of the aspects that I would like to know more about are communications and favoritism. We conduct surveys and have been seeing very high scores from team members regarding our transparency. I would also like to hear your views about favoritism because we strive for equity in all that we do. I know this is posted confidentially, but if you would reach out to me, I would like to learn more and see what we can do to help.
