Pros

No pros that I can think of, what, Monday-Friday, weekends off, 7:30am-4pm schedule like most 1st shift jobs.

Cons

One of the worst places I've ever worked at, the atmosphere there is like grade school, the employees there are racist and politicized, gossip about both customers and other employees they don't like, I've heard it myself, had a customer throw up "white power" hand gesture at me like we were in a prison yard, that's Ohio for you. You'll have to memorize where the product is located since they do not use rf scanners anymore, the window and door part of the warehouse is a mess and unorganized. You'll be handling boxes of siding weighing 80-100lbs. that you have to put on your shoulder. You'll have to tolerate returning product that can't be resold. No set time on when you can take lunch, you'll have to wait until other employees that have been there longer than you to finish their lunch.

Pros

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
