Cons
Management seems disconnected from workers, occasionally set unreasonable goals, make promises that can't be kept. Underpaying senior employees. Threaten workers that discuss their pay rates to keep everyone in the dark. Health plans are overpriced for families. Potential for layoffs during winter for any personnel considered non-essential.
