Pros

The growth is vast and fast.

Cons

The growth is fast and vast. The company has done an awful preparing for growth. They are still operating as if they are a $2 billion company. This year (in their 14th year), they are a $9 billion company. Process and procedures do not exist. The systems the company use are dinosaurs. They are incompetent but yet too much energy, time, and resources are wasted trying to fix something they does not work. The leadership Are praised for the growth. Truth is they are an acquisitions company. It’s a bubble that could pop. The lack of proper systems to support the size of the company could be the downfall. Upper management is antiquated. Their is lack of forward thinking and strategic planning. This is proved by the enormous amount of restructuring and org chart changes. This behavior is consistent on every level of the company….C-suite, corporate, field, and all departments. Leaders make false claims of caring for the people. Make no mistake this is a private company that’s trying to check boxes to be attractive for the next investor. Their actions are not consistent with what is being marketed.

Pros

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
