I haven't had many issues, when I have issues I bring the mo MGMT and they do something about it. Cons could also be the customer you work for is demanding but that comes with the territory.

Cons
Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
