Pros
Friendly and genuinely lovely staff who were underpaid and overworked.
Cons
Poor working conditions - old and outdated station cafe, not a nice atmosphere for anyone. Terrible pay - minimum wage and I was 19 at the time so paid even less than those 21+. Unsanitary and dangerous - stairway to a fire exit filled with cardboard boxes. Only worked there for 3 weeks due and my pay was docked for a uniform that I never received AND a station pass that was never sent off/received. Claimed to be negotiable with shifts, but ended up working 24 hours a week when I was promised max of 12 hours to work around my studies during the interview. I was additionally promised to be paid for the 2 hours I came in for training, but never received this. Management style was 'weird' and often made me feel uncomfortable.
