Very poor and lazy management, they really don’t seem to know how to run a bar/restaurant. They sit about all day doing nothing and won’t help out the team members. During busy periods we are often left extremely understaffed (sometimes even 1 person running the whole bar during lunch rush). No structure or proper training for new staff, which leads to very sloppy workers who stand about not knowing what to do. Managers will all sit and sip their coffees while the team members run about like headless chickens, on top of adding to the mess the team members have to clean up after them!
