Times are flexible and the directors and upper echelon personnel really try to meet your goals and needs to complete the goals at your job site. If you dont have what you need, due to lack of supplies or information, you could wing it with pop quizzes or mini games as long it is relevant to the syllabus.

Cons

There will be children who will test your limits and patience, but to put things into perspective, remember that they are just kids and their parents deal with them everyday.

Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

Cons

Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
