      Pros

      It's a pretty good gig for students, fair wages, hours are limited, and job is easy, and directors are very supportive.

      Cons

      Subbing sucks you move long distances in west LA to make meager checks. Not recommended for anyone with serious bills.

      Pros

      Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

      Cons

      Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
