Pros
Great people at this organization. Many people who are willing to sacrifice their time/energy to the enrichment of students. Lots of great students and kids, making the job bearable.
Cons
Disorganized, poorly managed, nepotism, does not reward employees, low pay, poor accounting practices, no room for advancement. The list of cons continues, but turnover is a great indicator of employee satisfaction.
