This place reminds me of favoritism where higher education in greatly neglected. Only one person had a bachelor but everyone else are grade 12 or less! Also many employees are related (husband, wife, daughter or son), thus conflict of interest is paramount. No opportunity to grow unless you are related or favorite. OK job if you are into physical labor
