Very outdated policies and environment, collaboration is discouraged between departments - Software Engineer STERIS Employee Review

-During my first week I was made aware not to make to talk or even make eye contact with anyone in senior management. -I was required to ask permission to use the restroom. -all of my work could have been completed remotely, yet that was not acceptable even though all management works fully remote. Some of them were literally on the beach during zoom meetings. -favoritism was extremely high. -Entire office was under renovations yet we were still not allowed to work remotely, even if noise was extremely distracting.
