Steris has good salary and benefits. Company is in profit and bonus is good. Most of the R&D positions are stable.
Cons
Steris uses outdated technology and is not willing to explore or invest in new technologies. Overall culture is outdated as well and there is no desire for management to hear and make constructive changes.
