Pros
There is usually plenty of overtime offered
Cons
This is a family owned business so they do what they want and think they can get away with treating people unfairly and harassment. I worked for them for years and they will use you until you get sick of the way they treat you and you will never get back up from there. 1st and 2nd year of pay is decent to reel you in, but after that you will get cents. While I worked here, I found out many employees/former employees took legal action against them for discrimination, etc. They will find reason to fire you if you don't put up with it. The drama from this company comes from management, specifically the wife of the owner who was supposed to be pulled from being able to interact with employees because of her behavior but still does whatever she wants.
