Good community of people. No experience needed. Compressed schedule and generous time off. Good home life balance, but overtime is always available and offered.

Cons

Potential for growth doesn't appear to be high. High floor, low ceiling.

Pros

Family oriented, flexible, 75% health ins. Paid, Christmas bonuses, immediately get 72 hour of vacation time, almost every other Friday off when you work 9 hour shifts, health insurance after 90 days.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. They were fantastic to work for. The only reason I left was because I had a baby.
