Rotating off-Fridays. Work/life balance Good team members

Cons

Bought out by bigger overhead company. Stroco has lost a lot of it's family-owned feel. Not much room for advancement. Process change after process change over the last year.

Pros

Family oriented, flexible, 75% health ins. Paid, Christmas bonuses, immediately get 72 hour of vacation time, almost every other Friday off when you work 9 hour shifts, health insurance after 90 days.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. They were fantastic to work for. The only reason I left was because I had a baby.
