Not what I thought - Technical STV Employee Review

Sweat shop work environment due to tight deadlines and strict attitudes. Pay and benefits are not competitive with other E&D companies nearby. Hard to concentrate while working in cubicle or office due to high noise and distractions. The VP's in Pennsylvania do not understand the energy business in the west. No help with work/life balance - either do it the STV way or hit the road. Rationed coffee (yes really). Felt like a revolving door for employees. Downtown office but parking fees are on your own. No career path in the lower ranks. Little on the job training.
