Work here if you dont want your compenation package for two years - Transportation Engineer STV Employee Review

Low compensation, pay is low relative to other companies. When i worked there they did not match 401k, not sure if they do now or not, but gave you shares into the ESOP as part of compensation package. It took me 2.5 years after working there to finally get my ESOP contribution paid to me after phasing out of the plan and 6 months of constant phone calls on my part. They gave me a different story every time i called as to why they couldnt pay out my plan shares to me and sometimes straight lied to me i found out later after talking to multiple people. Dont work here unless you dont mind getting paid part of your compensation package until years after leaving.
