PTO better than most companies, excellent ESOP program (better than 401k match for most companies; and ESOP doing great), great benefits for passing PE, very supportive of training needs, lot of development option within the firm, flexible work hours, good technology use. The Baltimore office was fun, energetic people, good projects, caring management and admin staff.
