It's like working in the Trump Administration - Project Manager STV Employee Review

Working here is like working for Donald Trump. The company is run by a stubborn egomaniac who refuses to take anyone's advice but his own. He wants people to do whatever he says, whenever he (or one of his cronies) says it. He humiliates people who don't fall in line and undermines almost anyone who does not agree with him. The culture with this company is instilled directly from him. People are afraid to speak out against him for fear of being fired or pushed out. Nothing is ever his fault. This place is just crazy. The other reviewer is on point. The better you are and the harder you work... the worse you are treated. It's really sad. STV milks people for everything they are worth. And I can say from personal experience that STV absolutely tolerates sexual and verbal harassment. I know of at least one person who was accused of sexual harassment by multiple people and he was just transferred to another office (like that will stop the person from doing it again). There are people in the office who are downright cruel to people. These people have had multiple HR complaints filed against them but no matter what they continue to keep their jobs for some unknown reason. People are berated, cursed at, and insulted in front of their peers... and nothing ever happens. Do yourself a favor and RUNNNNNNN. There are plenty of A/E companies willing to give you a job and wont treat you like utter trash.
