Pros
Technical work is good, but far too many egotistical fatheads think they know it all. Thus, they are not team players.
Cons
It is an out-of-control, micro-managed beast. Proposal managers have no idea, nor do they care, what the firm is involved in, yet "they know it all." There is a set presentation format that is boring, unimaginative, and thus ineffective. 10% won rate proves that. And the new bridge structures lead person is an egotist who is unqualified and oddly completely full of himself, as my friend told me...glad I left.
