      Pros

      The company is willing to offer great opportunities including leaderships and promotions to both senior and young generation. Our work are respected and reimbursed pretty well. Firm structure is flat so it's easy to directly communicate with management team, and they are willing to listen to us and continuously making improvements.

      Cons

      Nothing much comes to my mind, but Chicago is really cold.

      -Benefits are better than a lot of companies out there - free lunches and snacks (good options) - management is very big on open door policy, very friendly -allows a healthy work life balance -fun corporate outings

      Zero complaints. Everyone is friendly
