If you work here, you will come out the other side ready to tackle anything. So the pro is that you learn a lot and when you find a new job, you will be grateful for the little things. If you know people up top, you can get promoted quickly.

Look, a job is a job. And if you absolutely need one, I get it. But if you have any flexibility, please steer clear. Pay disparity is huge here. Benefits aren’t great. They do have affordable health, but that’s about it. PTO is extremely low, if you can even take it. There is absolutely zero work life balance and lots of “big brother” type micromanaging. You will be expected to give 140% everyday with no recognition or reward. No one is ever satisfied. Office politics and “red tape” are extreme. They are not DEI friendly. And lastly, if you work in the HQ building, absolutely nothing is updated. It’s a dreary place to spend 40 hours a week.
