      Cons

      Limited focus/resources on the corporate-to-bank business space. Also, core business model faces pressure/threat from fin tech disruption and other risks.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
