Pros

Team of people are talented technically, and solutions for making air travel safer are the best in the world (most installations at world's 100 busiest airports).

Cons

The positives said about technical talent are countered by the lack of business savy talent. While there are several strong business leaders there are not enough people with business talent. Additionally tuition reimbursement frozen and talent voluntarily leaving before the new owners Saab and also under the new owners.

Pros

Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

Cons

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

Pros

- Meaningful work supporting U.S. national security priorities - Talented and committed colleagues across functions - Strong global brand with respected products and capabilities

Cons

- After raising internal policy compliance questions, I experienced increased manager hostility, micromanagement, and questions about my dedication from a member of the U.S. Saab, Inc. C-Suite. - Despite good-faith efforts to improve the dynamic, the environment became tense enough that I felt hesitant to, for example, fully use approved leave or personal time, or raise concerns internally for fear of manager retaliation. - Despite directly informing the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO and the culture that is encouraged in the U.S. C-Suite
