Pros

Saab Sensis was great. What has happened to the company in the last year is not. The main bright side here is that with big contracts come big losses and with the inability to deliver on these big contracts, upper managements time here is a ticking time bomb.

Cons

Saab sensis is no longer a commercial stand alone company. We were forced to merge with the military side which is run by someone who was handed the position on a silver platter by his daddy. The guy is so disconnected with reality and how to create a positive work environment. Mr. Smith actively refuses to acknowledge the realities; high number of open positions, lacking of compensation in comparison to other companies in the area, inability to deliver on deadlines on these massive contracts. He is an inevitable failure and it is unfortunate that it will take as long as it will for the Swedes to recognize this.

Pros

Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

Cons

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

Pros

- Meaningful work supporting U.S. national security priorities - Talented and committed colleagues across functions - Strong global brand with respected products and capabilities

Cons

- After raising internal policy compliance questions, I experienced increased manager hostility, micromanagement, and questions about my dedication from a member of the U.S. Saab, Inc. C-Suite. - Despite good-faith efforts to improve the dynamic, the environment became tense enough that I felt hesitant to, for example, fully use approved leave or personal time, or raise concerns internally for fear of manager retaliation. - Despite directly informing the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO and the culture that is encouraged in the U.S. C-Suite
