New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc.
