Pros

Swedish (Parent) focus is amazing. Small teams work well with each other to accomplish duties. New faces all the time in facilities.

Cons

C-suite has a large ego problem. Most are not in tune with current employee needs, but can "tell" you what the employees need through talking points only that do not align to reality. HIGH attrition rate allows for all those new faces all the time. American management mentality is outdated and stuck in the late 1990's for processes. When management defends this, they use new applications and spend huge amounts of time and money to make a new streamlined platform to work like they have always done it in the past. Confusion all the time on applications. When asked why we have 3 platforms doing the same thing, an answer cannot be given (always some excuse somewhere).

Pros

Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

Cons

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

Pros

- Meaningful work supporting U.S. national security priorities - Talented and committed colleagues across functions - Strong global brand with respected products and capabilities

Cons

- After raising internal policy compliance questions, I experienced increased manager hostility, micromanagement, and questions about my dedication from a member of the U.S. Saab, Inc. C-Suite. - Despite good-faith efforts to improve the dynamic, the environment became tense enough that I felt hesitant to, for example, fully use approved leave or personal time, or raise concerns internally for fear of manager retaliation. - Despite directly informing the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO of the problem, and receiving assurances that my work and effort were exactly what they needed to be (as evidenced by my positive internal reviews), the increasingly hostile manager interactions continued. - Strong disapproval of the U.S. Saab, Inc. CEO and the culture that is encouraged in the U.S. C-Suite
