Pros
Good benefits. Was part of a great team that made it fun and enjoyable. Product team and development worked very well together before all the key resources left. Dedicated team members.
Cons
Poor executive leadership in dealing with transformation. Turned the company to a profit, but lost all the knowledge and skill set in the wake. Great ideas that are poorly executed because not staffed to succeed. Company does not know how to manage new and leading products. Killed Travelocity, Getthere, Meetings, and anything else consumer facing. Give them time and they will mismanage Tripcase.
