The leadership is all over the place. They can't seem to stick a strategy and stick to it. Bullies are allowed to run rampant, and there are generally so many obstacles to doing a good job that the best employees leave. If you ever get on the wrong person's bad side, you're done. There's little accountability in middle management. Either they are prevented from holding people accountable or they don't know how. Many people bypass established processes with no consequences.
