      Decent pay, guaranteed annual salary increase of 5%, nice and accommodating facilities, 401k match decent benefits, holiday pay, ability to work from home 1 day a week

      Cons

      Horrible culture, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from the top down, no training on how to do your job, shady and non-transparent accounting practices, felt like a complete inconvenience to my manager and co-workers if I asked a question
