Pros
Flexibility, solid benefits, generous PTO policy for employees who had been there a while (have since cut back,) opportunity for growth, nice campus in Southlake, TX.
Cons
They're are moving in the wrong direction. C-Suite is in shambles. Employees on the business side refuse to cooperate with one another. The once friendly and community oriented culture is now full of cynical, bitter employees. Lack of integrity and ethics abound. Ego driven with an inability to look at what's happing outside the company. Lack of accountability for poor performers who are allowed to stay and bring down their teams.
